\nL’amas du Canard Sauvage, \u00e9galement connu sous les noms M11 et NGC 6705, est un amas ouvert situ\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 5 000 \u00e0 6 000 ann\u00e9es-lumi\u00e8re (al) de la Terre dans la constellation de l’\u00c9cu de Sobieski1.
\nIl est l’amas ouvert le plus riche du catalogue Messier, contenant environ 3 000 \u00e9toiles.
\nIl a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert par Gottfried Kirch en 1681 et r\u00e9solu en \u00e9toiles par William Derham vers 1733.
